This blog started out as a place for both Kevo and I to write random things, whatever we wanted. But as time went by, he sort of abandoned it, and it now is basically just mine! Except it’s still called Kevin & Taro. So for now, I mostly use this blog to write about my adventures in baking, and testing out other peoples’ recipes, and giving them ratings out of 5 Pastry Mice (Although every once in a while I throw in something completely random not related to baking). I am really hoping to go to pastry school in the future, and I’m on the right path so far!
